湖羊繁殖性状相关候选基因的RFLP分析

摘　　要：选择与繁殖性状相关的BMPR-IB、BMP15、GDF9、MTNR1A基因作为候选基因,采用PCR-RFLP方法分析这些基因在湖羊中的多态性。结果发现,GDF9基因的FecGH突变和BMP15基因的FecXI、FecXH突变和FecXG(B2)突变没有被检测到,而BMP15基因的FecXB(B4)突变均为杂合型(+B);BMPR-IB基因和MTNR1A基因存在多态,等位基因B频率较高,分别达到0.784和0.676;表明可能与湖羊的繁殖性状存在一定的联系。Fecundity-related BMPR-IB,BMP15,GDF9 and MTNR1A genes were selected as candidate genes.These genes genetic polymorphisms were analyzed by PCR-RFLP method in Hu Sheep.The results showed that no FecGH homozygous mutants of GDF9,FecXI,FecXH,FecXG(B2)mutants of BMP15 were detected.And FecXB(B4) heterozygous mutants(+B) of BMP15 was found.Furthermore,BMPR-IB gene and MTNR1A gene showed polymorphism,and frequency of B allele had relatively high frequency which were 0.784 and 0.676.These findings might affect lit...
