摘　　要：家畜早孕因子是妊娠母体血清中最早出现的一种免疫抑制因子。其活性可代表胎儿在母体内的生长状态,可在超早期妊娠阶段检出,因此早孕因子在临床上具有实际应用价值。本文综述了家畜早孕因子的化学性质、来源和检测方法,在国内外的研究进展情况,以及在家畜上的应用和研究前景。Early pregnancy factor(EPF)is an immunity inhibition factor which is the earliest emergence in the serum of pregnant body.The activity of EPF can represent the embryo s situation of growth and it can be examined in the early period of pregnancy,EPF has powerful applied value in clinical.This article reviewed the chemical property,the source and the methods of examining EPF,the research improvement,the application and research prospect of EPF in livestocks.
