摘　　要：介绍了耐硫变换催化剂的硫化原理和硫化方法;论述了催化剂在硫化升温过程中相应注意事项;阐述了影响催化剂硫化效果的各项因素——温度、压力、H2S浓度、水分等对催化剂活性的影响和指标控制范围。Author has introduced the sulfurization principle and sulfurization method for the anti-sulfur shift catalyst;discussed the noticed matters of catalyst in the process of heating and sulfurizing;described the various factors efficiencing the sulfurization effect of catalyst,these are temperature,pressure,H2S concentration and moisture etc.,which have the effects on the catalyst activity and appropriate control indexes.
