摘　　要：论述了尿素生产中缩二脲生成的影响因素;分析和对比了正常生产和低负荷生产过程中各工序缩二脲的生成量和控制指标;针对低负荷生产中缩二脲生成量增加的特点,提出了降低缩二脲生成的控制方法和措施。Author has discussed the effecting factors for forming the biuret in the production of urea;analyzed and compared the biuret quantity formed and control indexes for various procedures in the normal production process and low load production process;in allusion to the characteristics that the biuret quantity formed in the low load production is increased,the author has presented the control method and measures for lowering biuret formation.
