摘　　要：目的通过观察蜂毒注射液对移植性肉瘤S180小鼠体质量、免疫器官胸腺、脾脏质量及指数的变化,探讨其对免疫功能的影响。方法以移植性肉瘤S180小鼠为模型,予蜂毒注射液腋下注射7d后,检测其对荷瘤小鼠体质量、免疫器官胸腺、脾脏质量及指数的影响。结果蜂毒注射液小剂量组能提高胸腺质量及指数,与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蜂毒注射液小剂量组有提高小鼠免疫功能的作用。OBJECTIVE To explore into the effect of Bee Venom Injection on immunity by observing the changes in the body weight,thymus and spleen of mice with transplantation sarcoma S(180) after the injection.METHOD With mice with transplantation sarcoma S(180) as the model,subaxillary injection was given,and in 7 days, the effect of the injection on indexes of the mice such as weight,thymus and spleen was evaluated.RESULT Small dosages of Bee Venom Injection could increase the thymus quality and indexes,with statisti...
