摘　　要：20世纪后期,西欧社会民主党成功克服了科技革命新浪潮、市场全球化和新中间阶层兴起给自身丧失执政地位带来的政治低潮局势,纷纷进行自身结构和体制的改革与完善,重新上台执政。社会民主党对组织体系和运行机制民主化趋势的改革,进行政党价值整合,扩大执政基础和社会基础,赢得选民支持,是一个极其重要的因素。这对提高我党的执政能力,构建社会主义和谐社会现时代作出了有益启示。In late 20C,Social Democratic Parties of Western Europe successfully overtook the political low tide of its reign status caused by new wave of technical revolution,market globalization and emerging of neo-medium class.They reformed and modified its structure and system,then came into power again.It s a fatal factor for Social Democratic Party to reform organization structure and trend of operation democratization,integrate Party value,expand reign and social foundation,as well as win support of the electora...
