鲁东大学教职工健康状况、生活方式与体育锻炼的调查分析

摘　　要：运用问卷调查法,对鲁东大学教职工的健康状况、生活方式和参加体育锻炼的状况进行了调查与分析。结果表明:教职工的健康状况不佳,生活方式存在不科学性,对体育锻炼的认知态度积极但锻炼行为滞后。据此提出了相应的对策和建议。Questionnaires were employed to investigate and analyze the health state,life style and physical exercise of the facultyin Ludong University.The results show that faculty s health is in poor state and their life style is not scientific;their cognitive attitudes towards physical exercise is positive but they themselves lag behind in exercise participation.The countermeasures and suggestions are proposed based on those findings.
