摘  要:将洁净的玻片,在以溶胶-凝胶法制备的TiO2胶体溶液中浸渍提拉成膜,再将组装纳米薄膜的玻片进行硅烷化处理.用傅里叶变换红外光谱、扫描电镜、荧光显微镜对样品进行表征.结果表明,带氨基或醛基的"手臂分子"可以固定在纳米薄膜组装的玻片上,并且荧光信号强于仅用硅烷化处理的玻片.本研究建立的芯片载体表面化学修饰方法有较高的效率,操作简便易行,具备广阔的应用前景.Cleaned glass slides were dipped into the colloidal sol solution prepared by sol-gel method,and then covered with TiO2 nano-membrane.The slides coated with nanostructure thin film were silanized later.The samples were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR),Scanning Electron microscope(SEM) and Fluorescence microscope.Results showed that "Linkers" which comprise amidogen and aldehyde groups can be immobilized on the improved surface,and fluorescence intensity was superior to those sli...
