蕲艾燃烟化学成分的GC-MS分析

摘　　要：为试图找到更多对治疗疾病有效的成分,采用了苯-甲醇与正丁醇2种溶剂分别萃取蕲艾燃烟,利用GC-MS分析,分别得到了25与31个可鉴定结构的化学成分,主要为脂肪烃、芳香烃与萜类化合物及其氧化物,其中有13个结构相同.可能分别来自于蕲艾的不完全燃烧产物、蕲艾挥发油及其氧化产物.In order to find more disease-curing suiting constituent,the QIAI lighted cigarettes was extracted by two solvents: methanol-benzens and n-butanol,respectively.25 and 31 of structures and chemical compositions were identified in the ertract by GC-MS,they are mainly fat deposits,aromatic hydrocarbon comounds and Tie,Tie category oxides from the QIAI product of incomplete,QIAI volatile oil and its oxidation products.
