摘　　要：150A摩托车用大电流启动继电器触点的吸合可靠率是决定该继电器质量的一个很重要指标,基于单片机技术,结合声、光、电、检测控制方法,设计出一种检测大电流摩托车用启动继电器触点接触是否合乎要求的方法。该电路技术先进,性能稳定可靠,操作简单,在生产和销售领域提高了产品的出厂合格率。In a 150A type motorcycle,the contact s attracting reliability of the starting relay greatly affects its quality.By using single clip technology,a method that consists of measurements of sound,light and electricity to detect the contact s attracting reliability of starting relays with high working current used in motorcycles was developed.With stable and reliable performance,this device can be used by motorcycle factories to test their products in manufacturing process,and by repair shops to fix motorcycles...
