摘　　要：民用IC卡预付费三表(气、水、电)系统通过预付费控制单元读取三表数据,实现了一卡多表、先付后用。该表的防窃、防干扰、报警和数据保护功能提高了系统的安全性和适应性,有效地解决了收费过程中出现的各种问题。By using the prepayment control unit to read data from meters of gas,water and electric power,the IC and prepayment meter system can make civil users to prepay fees for above purposes with only one card.The security and adaptability are improved by its functions of anti-stealing,anti-interference,alarming and data protection,by which problems arising in charging the fees can be solved effectively.
