摘　　要：背景:组织同步成像(TSI)是一种评估左心室(LV)不同步的新技术。目的:比较用TSI自动评估LV不同步与用彩色编码组织多普勒成像(TDI)人工评估LV不同步的价值,并确定利用TSI预测心脏再同步化治疗(CRT)反应的价值。方法:研究对象为60例LV射血分数(LVEF)下降且QRS>120ms的有症状心力衰竭患者,在基线时及CRT后6个月进行临床和超声心动图评估。Background: Tissue synchronisation imaging(TSI) is a new technique to assess left ventricular(LV) dyssynchrony.
