摘　　要：目的:确定肥厚型心肌病(HCM)患者中埋藏式心脏复律除颤器(ICD)适当与不适当放电的决定因素。设计:回顾性队列研究。地点:一所教学医院的ICD门诊。患者:61例出于心脏性猝死(SCD)一级或二级预防目的而植入ICD的HCM患者。观察指标:①适当和不适当ICD放电的分析;②ICD放电的预测因素。结果:ICD植入时的年龄(x±s)为46±18岁(极差10～79)。Objectives: To identify the determinants of appropriate and inappropriate implantable cardioverter-defibrillator(ICD) discharges in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM).
