摘　　要：目的:评价电子束CT扫描(EBCT)在识别先天性心脏病患儿冠状动脉解剖类型方面的作用。方法:研究经伦理审核委员会认可,无需知情同意。纳入1995—2002年间在本机构接受心脏EBCT检查的共226例法洛四联症(n=122)、右室双出口(n=52)、大动脉转位(n=34)和先天性矫正转位(n=18)患者。注射碘造影剂获取动脉相影像。Aims: To evaluate electron beam computed tomography(EBCT) for recognition of coronary artery patterns in children with congenital heart diseases.
