摘　　要：目的:定量分析QRS波群时间和QTc间期延长预测到急诊科(ED)就诊的急性不稳定心力衰竭(ADHF)患者预后的价值。设计:在入选BASEL(B型利钠肽评价急性呼吸困难)研究的患者中实施前瞻性队列研究。测量了173例ADHF患者的QRS波群时间和QT间期。使用Bazett公式校正QT间期。主要终点是发生在720d随访期内的全因死亡。结果:27%的患者QRS波群时间延长(≥120ms),Objectives: To quantify the prognostic utility of QRS and QTc interval prolongation in patients presenting with acute destabilised heart failure(ADHF) to the emergency department(ED).
