摘　　要：离岸金融市场从上世纪50年代在欧洲兴起以来,在国际金融市场发挥了重要作用,也为世界经济、金融一体化发挥了重要作用。从已经形成的离岸金融中心看,离岸业务为各国的经济发展、金融繁荣发挥了重要作用。在中国目前的经济金融条件下,金融市场的过快开放只会给中国的经济发展留下隐患。在在目前人民币资本项目尚不能自由兑换,金融市场开放程度还不宜过大的情况下,开辟离岸金融市场是一个明智的选择。建立离岸金融市场对我国的经济发展有很大的促进作用。Sine offshore financial center was built from the middle of last century;it has been playing an important role and contributes a lot to the world economy and global financial integration.From the history of offshore financial center,offshore business contributes to the development and prosperity of the country who build offshore financial center.In the conditions of our country,taking the condition that we still close the capital account into consideration,it is not suit to open completely the financial mar...
