中国入世后遭受国外反倾销的概况与对策

摘　　要：改革开放以来,随着我国国际贸易的增多,地位的提高所带来的贸易摩擦,已经使我国连续12年成为遭受反倾销最多的国家。分析了我国遭受反倾销的现状。Since the reform and opening-up,with the increase of China s international trade,the trade friction,brought by the enhancement of status,has made China become the country undergoing anti-dumping the most frequently over the continuous twelve years.By using substantive data,we made detailed analysis on the status quo of China s undergoing of anti-dumping,with the main focus on the discussion of the characteristics and reasons of the Europe and US anti-dumping towards China.
