摘　　要：IEC61850通讯协议作为基于网络平台的变电站自动化系统唯一国际标准,已经逐渐成为新一代智能数字变电站的标准通讯协议。包含IEC61850通讯协议、光电CT/TV和智能电气设备(IED)的完全数字化变电站将成为未来变电站的发展方向。基于变电站数字化平台的程序化操作,打破了传统的运行操作方式,从真正意义上实现了变电站的无人化,进而为解决当前运行人员严重短缺和变电站日益增多的矛盾,提高变电站的安全运行水平开辟了一条全新的出路。As the only international protocol in substation automation system based on network platform,IEC61850 has gradually became a standard protocol of new generation intelligent digital substation.In the same way,the absolute digital substation composed of IEC61850,optical CT/TV and intelligent electric device(IED) has shown the way of substation development in the future.On the digital platform of IEC61850,procedure operation disaccustoms the traditional substation operation and breaks a new path of improving s...
