摘　　要：miRNAs是一类小的非编码RNA,能够在转录后水平调控基因的表达,近年来备受关注.miRNAs在中枢神经系统中含量丰富,它们在大脑的发育及中枢神经系统疾病等方面都发挥着重要的调控作用.对miRNAs及其在中枢神经系统中的作用的研究进展进行综述.A class of small,non-coding RNAs called miRNAs that provide post-transcriptional gene regulation has recently become the focus of intense research.MiRNAs are abundant in the central nervous system,where they have key roles in brain development and diseases of the central nervous system.Advances in miRNAs and its function in the central nervous system were concisely reviewed.
