摘　　要：文章对4DA1发动机气缸体铸件各关键部位的金相组织及硬度等性能进行了全面的检测,并分析各部位组织与性能存在的差异及其产生的原因;结果表明,机体结构及铸造工艺所造成的凝固条件的不同是缸体各部位组织、性能存在较大差异的主要原因,为下一步改善4DA1缸体毛坯质量和提高合格率奠定了基础。This paper investigated the structures and mechanical properties of different parts of 4DA1 cylinder block.Discussion and analysis are also carried out about the differences of structures and properties between every part of the casting and the causes are also traced.The results show that the major cause for the differences lies in the different conditions of solidifying and thus a better way is found for further improving the qualities of the casting of 4AD1 engine.
