尿道前列腺部结石的彩色多普勒超声诊断与鉴别

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在尿道前列腺部结石中的诊断与鉴别诊断的应用价值。方法对临床最后证实的50例尿道前列腺部结石作回顾性分析,并与50例经手术并经病理证实为前列腺结石并前列腺增生或前列腺钙化并前列腺癌作对比分析。结果50例经临床确诊的尿道前列腺部结石的特征可见结石周边或后方出现五彩镶嵌的花色信号,而前列腺结石或前列腺钙化周边无花色信号,特异性100%,尿道前列腺部结石彩色多普勒超声特征与其他前列腺部强回声病灶对比鲜明。结论尿道前列腺部结石周边或后方的五彩镶嵌彩色多普勒信号的特异性征象,有确诊价值,弥补了B超诊断的不足,与前列腺强回声病灶具有鉴别诊断意义。Objective To evaluate the application value of color Doppler sonography in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of urethroprostatic part which were confirmed in clinical practice were analyzed retrospectively,compared with another fifty cases including forty-five cases with Prostatic calculus and prostatic hyperplasia,and five cases with prostatic calcification and prostatic cancer,confired by pathological examination.Results Color comet tail sigh-a high and bright color mosaic echo was detected around ...
