摘　　要：背景和目的:二尖瓣反流(MR)在急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者中常见,并被认为可导致不利预后。本研究旨在阐明MR和左室(LV)重构间的相关性与血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)升高的关系。Background/Aims: Mitral regurgitation(MR) is frequently observed in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI),and is known to convey an adverse prognosis.
