摘　　要：表现为非折返性心动过速或罕见房室(AV)结折返形式的AV结双径路或多径路患者,经常被误诊为阵发性房颤而考虑行肺静脉隔离。根据顺行性AV结传导曲线中>1处不连续确定的多重顺行性AV结慢径路。In patients with dual or multiple atrioventricular(AV) nodal pathways manifesting nonreentrant tachycardia or unusual forms of AV nodal reentry,paroxysmal atrial fibrillation is often misdiagnosed and patients may erroneously be considered for pulmonary vein isolation.
