摘　　要：社会主义新农村建设要求采取切实有效的措施对农村环境进行治理,保护农村环境,才能加快农村现代化进程、提高农民生活质量。从我国农村环境问题的根源出发,对农村的环境问题做出必要的分析,提出了解决农村环境问题的对策。The socialist new rural reconstruction request to take the practical and effective measures to carry on the government of the rural environment.The protection of rural environment can help to speed up the rural modernization progress and improve the farmers life quality.According to the root of rural environment problem of our country,the paper makes the essential analysis of the rural environment problem and presents the measures to solve these problems.
