摘　　要：对于用热电偶实现高精度、线性温度测量问题,本文给出了一种实用的测量装置。该装置由AD590M、标准电阻、放大器、AD转换器、数据采集与处理系统、数码显示和串行输出端口等组成。AD590M除做冷端温度补偿外还作为电流源,在单片计算机的控制下,经标准电阻提供标准毫伏信号先对放大器进行校准,然后系统对热电偶的热电势采样,经计算获得高精度的热电势值,再根据热电势值的大小查热电偶分度表求取对应的温度值,因此实现了真正意义上的线性化,大大减小了放大器温漂和非线性的影响。不计热电偶测量误差时,在-100^+1372℃范围内该装置的测量误差为±1℃。另外,该装置实现了热电偶全温度分度范围的温度测量。A device was introduced for linear temperature measurement with high accuracy by using thermocouples.It consisted of AD590M,standard resistor,amplifier,AD converter,data sampling and processing system,digital display,serial output port,and so on.AD590M was used as current source in addition to cold junction compensation.Under the control of a singlechip processor,the amplifier was first calibrated with a standard milli-voltage signal.Then the value of thermoelectric power of thermocouples was sampled.The hi...
