摘　　要：介绍了钢铁常温发黑膜层的耐蚀性、附着力、孔隙率、微观结构、热稳定性、可加工性以及在3.5%的氯化钠溶液中的极化曲线的测试方法。提出附着力测试和硫酸铜、氯化钠点滴试验作为产品的验收标准。The properties test methods of room temperature blacking film were introduced,and the properties included corrosion resistance,adhesion,the rate of hole,microstructure,thermal stability,machinability and the anodic polarization curve in 3.5% NaCl solution.The adhesion test and 3% CuSO4 and 3% NaCl solution test were the acceptance tests of the products.
