摘　　要：以基本的CMOS电路为基础,分析了单片机的功耗组成,总结了低功耗系统设计的一般规律。分析了Philips89LPC900系列单片机的功耗特性。以Philips89LPC935为例,设计了一个低功耗数据采集系统。Based on the CMOS circuit,the author analyze the power consumption component of the microcontroller and summarized the general rules of low power consumption design of microcontroller.The power consumption trait of philips 89LPC900 series microcontroller are interpreted and analyzed.At last,the author designed a data acquisition system of low power consumption on the example of philips 89LP935.
