高等学校专业教研室在学生素质培养中的作用研究

摘　　要：高等学校专业教研室直接面向教学第一线承担教学任务,在人才素质提高和创新能力培养中具有重要作用。本文提出利用专业实验室设备,依据意义学习教学方法和理论,以提高专业学生学习满意度为基准,加强教研室在专业课程方面教学;引领教研室教师专业化发展,提高教师教学效能感,建立专业内涵发展的教研模式,促进教学质量和人才培养质量的进一步提高。High education faculty takes on the front line teaching tasks and plays the key role in the students quality cultivation.It s two functions are discussed: firstly,to strengthen the specialty curriculums teaching in reference to the students study satisfaction based on the specialty laboratory equipments and meaningful learning;secondly,to promote the teaching and talents cultivation quality by means of specially leading faculty members,to advance their teaching efficiency sense and building the extensive g...
