摘 要:本文研究了SBR法处理腈纶混合废水工艺条件,考察了腈纶混合废水先经超声波处理,再经SBR处理的效果。试验结果表明:COD去除率为73.3%,BOD去除率为46.4%。采用超声波对腈纶混合废水作预处理,可有效降低腈纶混合废水的COD,NH+4-N,增加腈纶混合废水的可生化性。再经间歇式活性污泥法(SBR)处理后,各项水质指标均符合GB8978-88《污水综合排放标准》中的一级标准。This paper introduces the research on the treatment of wastewater mixed with the acrylic fiber by SBR process. It studies the effect that the wastewater is used for pretreatment by ultrasound, and then treated again by SBR. The result indicates that the COD removal rate is 73.3%,and the BOD removal rate 46.4%. There are some effects on the wastewater by using ultrasound pretreatment, which can effectively reduce COD, NH4+-N, and the strength of the biochemical nature of the wastewater. And then the wastewater is treated by the intermittent SBR, and every kind of water quality normal agrees with the first standard in the GB8978-88 'the synthetical discharging standard of wastewater'.
