摘　　要：概述了医用胶的定义、分类、标准、发展简史、国内外发展现状,特别介绍了FAL医用胶的生物学性能;由于FAL(NOCA+NBCA)提高了单体纯度,优化医用胶的综合性能,配备了各种适用工具,使医用胶在许多科室成为必用品,发展成为医用胶治疗学。FAL具有止血、封闭、粘合、堵漏、栓塞、粉碎骨固定、防粘连等作用,广泛应用在普外、腹腔镜、神经外、心胸、妇产、泌尿、骨科、口腔、耳鼻喉、烧伤整型等科室,30年临床千万余例证明安全有效,业已形成医用胶治疗学。Specifiy the definition,classification,standard of medical adhesive and its evolution history and cur- rent status,especially focuses on the biological performance of FAL medical adhesive;The primary characteristics of Fuaile medical adhesive of splay type(FAL)-99% n-octyyl-α-cyanoacrylate(NOCA)and n-butyl-α-cyanoacrylate(NB- CA)structure and its primary properties including physicochemical,and medical properties were testified.(Bacteria py- roge hemolysis acute full body toxicity derma sensitization stimul...
