摘　　要：目的研究性激素对心肌收缩力的影响。方法取家兔3只,分别注射丙酸睾酮(50 mg/次)、己烯雌酚(2 mg/次)、黄体酮(10 mg/次),2次/d,给药2 d后分离血清,将含药血清加入离体蛙心的灌流液中,观察以上药物对蛙心收缩力的影响。结果丙酸睾酮、己烯雌酚可使心肌收缩力增强,黄体酮对心肌收缩力没有明显影响。结论丙酸睾酮、己烯雌酚可使心肌收缩力增强。Objective It is to study the effect of sex hormone on contraction force of frog heart.Methods 3 rabbits were chosen and respectively injected with Testosterone Propionas(50mg for each time),Diethylstilbestol(2mg for each time) and Progesterone(10mg for each time) twice times a day.After two days of injection,blood serum of the rabbits was separated and filled into the perfusate of the isolated frog heart to observe the effect of the drugs above on the contraction force of frog heart.Results Androsan and Die...
