论“五位一体”模式下高职院校图书馆人性化服务的策略

摘　　要："五位一体"模式很好地体现了高职院校的目标定位和办学特色,也为高职院校图书馆的建设提供了新的思路,而"拓展服务对象,建立以在校生为基点的辐射型服务群"、"疏通服务渠道,丰富个性化借阅方式"、"设置特色书柜,满足读者的特殊阅读需求"、"建立调查机制,保证图书的顺畅流通"、"完善智性休闲,保证读者良好的阅读心境"是体现其人性化服务的重要策略。The Five-In-One mode reflects the target location and characteristic to run a school perfectly.It also provides a new train of thought for the library construction in the college of profession and technology.'Expanding serving objects,establishing the base point that the enrolment pupils is the bundle of services','dredging serving channels,increasing the ways of borrowing and reading','setting up characteristic bookcase,to satisfy the special requirements of readers',etc...All these reflect the important strategies of human-based service.
