摘　　要：设计了软起动器的主回路电路,通过控制双向反并联晶闸管的触发角调节电动机的输入电压,降低起动电流,实现平缓起动。提出利用电流同步信号控制方法,使起动更加稳定。该起动器能够很好地控制电动机的起动,并且参数调整灵活、抗干扰能力强及稳定性好。The hardware and software of motor soft-starter were designed.Motor was started up smoothly by AC voltage regulating in startup procedure.The synchronous current control method,which can make the startup normally,was described in details.The designed starter has merits of simple structure,easily adjusting,and strong ability in anti-jamming and stabilization.
