摘 要:将CAN总线应用于云台、镜头的控制系统,设计了基于P87C591的CAN矩阵通信电路,具体讨论了PELCO-P协议的实现方式。利用单片机控制MT8816,在视频信号场消隐期进行切换,实现了16×8"无抖动"视频切换控制。Proteus软件仿真结果验证了在实时时钟系统中可以很容易实现三线接口的串行通信。DP-51PRO测试结果验证了PELCO-P实现模型的可行性和有效性。提高了视频矩阵的通信性能和切换性能。Applying CAN-Bus into pan/tilt and lans control system,the communication circuit of CAN matrix based on P87C591 was designed,the realization mode of PELCO-P protocol was introduced.Using singlechip to control MT8816,the video was switched when the video signal field was fading away,the 16×8 video switch without picture shock was realized.Results of Proteus software simulation showed a kind of three-wire interface communication can be simply realized in real-time clock system.The feasibility and validity of the communication model was proved by results of DP-51PRO testing.As a result,the capability and reliability of communication was increased,and performance of video matrix switcher was improved.
