川陕苏区时期党的执政实践探析

摘　　要：第二次国内革命战争时期,在党中央领导下,红四方面军与川陕地方党和人民群众共同创建了川陕革命根据地,即川陕苏区。川陕苏区的创建和发展在中国革命史上占有重要的地位,尤其是党在根据地的局部执政实践,既有成功的经验也有惨痛的教训,值得我们分析总结。In the period of Second Revolutionary Civil War, under the leadership of the Central Party Committee,the Red Fourth-front Armies and the local Party and people of Sichuan and Shaanxi founded the Sichuan-Shaanxi revolutionary base together,namely Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet Area.The foundation and development of the Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet area occupied the important position in the Chinese revolution history,in particular partial ruling practice of the Party in base,and it had the successful experience and the painful lesson as well,so it is still worth analyzing and summarizing.
