摘 要:研究建立牙周康胶囊中甲硝唑和芬布芬的系数倍率测定法。用BASIC语言编制程序选择最佳测定波长对,以消除二组分的相互干扰,不经提取分离同时测定牙周康胶囊中二组分的含量。甲硝唑的比耳线性范围为5.386-25.86μg/mL,r=0.9995,芬布芬的比耳线性范围为5.487~19.75μg/mL,r=0.9996。甲硝唑和芬布芬的平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为100.4%,0.61%和100.2%,0.74%。该方法简便、快速、结果准确,可用于牙周康胶囊的质量控制。To establish coefficient multiplying ratio spectrophotometry for determination of metronidazole and fenbufen in Yazhoukang capsule. To eliminate interference of ingredients, the program was edited by BASIC for the best wavelength pair, metronidazole and fenbufen in Yazhoukang capsule which were determined without any preliminary separation. The linear range of metronidazole measured was over 5.386~25.86μg/mL (r=0.9995), the linear range of fenbufen measured was over 5.487- 19.75μg/mL (r=0.9996). The average recoveries and relative standard deviations of metronidazole and fenbufen were 100.4%, 0.61% and 100.2%, 0.74%, respectively. The method was simple, rapid, accurate and precise, which can be used for quality control of Yazhoukang capsule.
