“信息福利”与高校图书馆的发展战略研究

摘　　要：从信息福利的基本含义出发,分析了高校图书馆信息资源优化配置的目标即最大限度地保证高校信息资源的充分共享及开发与利用。同时,围绕这个目标,提出了高校图书馆的几项发展战略,比如链接校园网、整合各类信息资源、开展主动的信息服务、改革图书馆的组织与管理机制等。Based on the implication of the information benefits, the paper introduces the aim of the best allocation of information resources of university library, which is to ensure and maximize the sharing and usage of the information resources. And then, the authors put forward some development strategy of university library such as linking up with the campus website; integrating different kinds of information resource; developing the initiative information services; changing the organizational and managerial mechanism of the library, and etc.
