摘　　要：目的:探讨外固定器治疗不稳定型桡骨远端骨折的疗效.方法:对30例不稳定型桡骨远端骨折的患者采用夏和桃组合式外固定器治疗.结果:术后随访4～36个月,观察骨折愈合情况和腕关节及功能情况,Dienst标准评价治疗效果.骨折愈合时间6～8周,优良率为90.3%.结论:外固定器治疗不稳定型桡骨远端骨折具有良好的固定作用,能较好地防止骨折畸形愈合和保护腕关节功能.Objective:To evaluate the effect of external fixation for unstable fracture of the distal of radius.Methods: The Xia Hetao′s mixture external fixation was used in the 30 cases of unstable fracture of the distal of radius.Results:All patients were followed up 4～36 months,according to recovery of fracture,the function of wrist,the evaluation of the effect was done by using the dienst system.All fracture wore healed in 6～8 weeks,the rate ofexcellent and good results was 90.3%.Conclusion:The external fixation has a good fixation effect for unstable fracture of the distal of the radius,it can well prevent the function from healing with deformity and protect the function of the wrist.
