镉的健康危害及干预治疗研究进展

摘　　要：镉是被国际癌症研究机构确认为第一类致癌物的工业和环境污染物,国内外对镉的毒性和毒理学研究开展得很广泛,其涉及各个领域,尤其对生殖系统的研究进行得较多。该文就镉的毒性、作用机制和干预措施的研究近况作一综述。As a kind of heavy metal, cadmium has the toxicity to multiple organs and tissues. Much progress has been made in the toxicological research, especially in the toxicity to the reproductive system. The recent researches on the toxicity on Cd, the toxicological mechanism and the preventive methods of cadmium poisoning were reviewed in the present paper.
