摘　　要：随着现代生物技术,特别是基因工程技术的高速发展,其对生态环境与人民健康的可能危害越来越引起人们的重视。该文介绍了现代生物技术安全问题的由来,讨论了重组基因的安全性及其对生态环境和人类健康的潜在影响,着重探讨有关重组基因片段的实验室泄露问题,最后阐述了近年来基因安全研究的重点和有关防治措施。Along with the development of modern biological technology, the adversity of the transgenic products has aroused increasing attention. The origin of biosafety issues, the safety of genetically modified organisms and its impact on the ecological environment and human health were introduced in this paper. Here, the safety issues of the leakage of laboratory recombinant gene fragments were discussed also, finally, the focuses on biosafety and preventive measures were reviewed.
