摘　　要：WTO《农业协议》中的"绿箱"措施是规范成员国农业补贴政策的重要国际规则。林业是农业的重要组成部分,加入WTO后,我国也须以"绿箱"措施为准绳,不断完善林业补贴政策,以促进林业的持续发展。文章扼要介绍了WTO"绿箱"措施的基本内容及特点,并以WTO"绿箱"措施为参照,具体分析了我国林业补贴政策的现状。最后,结合我国国情和林情,尝试提出了依据WTO"绿箱"措施完善我国林业补贴政策框架的初步构想。'Green Box Policies' in WTO 《Agreement on Agriculture》are such international regulations that standard agricultural subsidy policies of member states.Forestry is the important component of agriculture,so after entrance into WTO,in order to accelerate sustainable development of forestry,we should also ponder on perfecting our forestry subsidy policies according to 'Green Box Policies'.In this paper,the basic contents and characters of 'Green Box Policies' were briefly introduced at the beginning.And then,compared with 'Green Box Policies',the current situations of China forestry subsidy policies were probed into in the gross.After taking national conditions and actual situations of our forestry into account,some tentative ideas on consummating the framework of China forestry subsidy policies in accordance with 'Green Box Policies' were eventually put forward.
