摘　　要：本文在分析地籍管理和土地市场发展现状的基础上,从新形势下对城市土地市场进行监控的必要性入手,探讨了城市土地市场监控指标设计及与地籍管理之间的联系,研究如何较好地把地籍管理有关技术与土地市场监控结合起来,并充分发挥籍管理对城市土地市场监控的作用。研究表明:地籍管理与城市土地市场监控结合起来能为城市土地市场进行有效监控提供技术和基础数据。On the base of analysing development of adminstration of cadastre and current situation urban land market,and with the necessity of urban land market controlling in the new circumstances , the design of urban land market control index and the relation of urban land market control and adminstration of cadastre are discussed,and how unifies the technique of administration of caastre with urban land market controlling is researched in this article.It indicates that it can offer technique and basic dadum from adminstration of cadastre for urban land market controlling effectively.
