摘　　要：我国国际收支形成的双顺差盈余,国际收支不平衡矛盾加深,对我国经济发展带来了不可忽视的负面影响。为转变经济和对外贸易增长方式,改变贸易顺差格局,就应优化产业结构,完善医疗、社保制度,扩大内需,建立以内需主导的市场消费体系,引导资金有序流出;才能保证我国国民经济平稳、健康发展。The double surplus caused by balance of payments and the deepening contradictions cause by the imbalances of payments has brought negative impact which can not be ignored on China's economic development. To change the economic and foreign trade growth mode, change the pattern of trade surplus, we should optimize the industrial structure, improve medical care, social security system, expanding domestic demand, establish the Demand-led consumer market system, and guide orderly outflow of funds, only in this way we Can guarantee our national economy stable and healthy development.
