PPH手术治疗环形痔的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察吻合器痔切除术(PPH)治疗环形痔的疗效。方法采用PPH治疗以Ⅲ～Ⅳ期内痔为主的环形痔17例,观察其疗效。结果17例患者均治愈,平均手术时间11.5min,平均住院4.5d。术后尿潴留2例,下腹不适及胀痛10例,肛门疼痛需用止痛剂者5例,手纸染血2例,炎性血栓性外痔2例。术后随访2～18个月,无肛门失禁、吻合口狭窄及复发。结论PPH近期疗效确切,术后并发症较轻,不易复发和愈合快,是治疗环形痔的一种较好的手术方法。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of PPH (procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoid) treatment for the ring-like hemorrhoids.Methods 17 cases with ring-like hemorrhoids,primarily internal hemorrhoid in the Ⅲ~Ⅳ period were treated by PPH,then the effects were observed.Results All the 17 cases were recovered.The average surgery time was 11.5 minutes,and the average hospitalized period was 4.5 days.After the operation,there were 2 cases of the urinary retention,10 cases of lower abdomen uneasiness and distention,5 cases of anus pain to which pain-killer was applied,2 cases of anus bleeding,and 2 cases of inflammatory thrombus external hemorrhoids.A post operation follow-up for 2~18 months found no anus incontinence,stenosis of stoma and recurrence.Conclusion The PPH therapy has an affirmative short-term curative effect,with few complications,rare recurrence and short healing time,serving as a effective method for the treatment of ring like hemorrhoids.
