摘　　要：目的总结经尿道选择性绿激光前列腺汽化术(PVP)治疗高龄高危良性前列腺增生的围术期处理经验。方法回顾性分析38例70岁以上高危良性前列腺增生患者PVP术前检查结果以及术前、术中、术后处理情况。结果38例患者在围术期接受了综合性处理,均安全渡过围术期,近期疗效满意,无严重并发症。结论采用PVP治疗高龄高危良性前列腺增生患者,围术期应予以综合性处理。Objective To summarize the perioperative treatment experience of greenlight photoselective vaporization of prostate(PVP) in the treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia among highly old and risk population.Methods 38 cases treated with greenlight PVP were retrospectively reviewed.Results 38 cases all received integrated treatments and went though the perioperative period safely.The recent postoperative effect was satisfactory with no complication.Conclusion The integrated treatment is essential for PVP in the treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia among highly old and risk population.
