摘　　要：工程造价控制贯穿项目建设全过程,建设项目造价控制存在很多问题,要抓好各个阶段的造价控制,尤其是设计阶段的造价控制。Cost control run through the whole building project.There are lots of problems in cost control.For example,engineer pay attention to construction stage.In fact,design phase is key about the cost control.It is important regarding the control of project cost in design phase.The effective method is invite public bidding.
