摘 要:对高浊度水沉淀泥砂的输送分别从泥砂浆体系统、输送管道系统和泵站系统进行了分析。根据泥砂浆体的特性提出了在泥砂输送系统设计和运行管理中应注意的事项。通过实验总结提出了输送泥砂浆体管路的水力计算,对泵站设备选型、泵站布置、泵的启动和停运方式作了详细论述。作为高浊度水厂的排泥泵站及泥砂管路输送系统与常规净水厂清水泵站及清水管路系统比较有它明显的特点和区别。This text carrys on the analysis differently of high muddy water precipitating the mire and sand transport from the mire and sand body system,transporting the piping system and the pump station system.According to the characteristic feature of mud and sand body,the author not only puts forward notice in the mire and sand transport system design and motion management,raises the water conservancy calculation of transport the mire and sand through the experiment,but also carries the way to make the detailed treatise for the type of pump station equipments,the pump station arrangement and the pump start and pause.Comparing relatively the draining mire pump station of a high muddy water factory and the mire and sand tube road transportation system with the clean water factory of the normal regulations clear water pump station and clear water tube road system,the former one obviously has the characteristics and differentiations.
