盐城建筑业SOWT分析及发展模式探析

摘　　要：经过改制后的盐城建筑业发展仍然缓慢,存在着股权设置分散、资本竞争力不高、自我造血功能不强、结构不合理、集约化水平不高、人才流失严重等问题,但是也具有一定的专业特色施工能力、建筑劳务资源丰富、占有一定的规模市场等优势,本文应用SOWT分析法,就做大做强盐城建筑业提出了发展步骤、发展模式和战略措施。After reforming the slow-developed situation of Yacheng construction industry does not changed.The existing problems,such as the separated droits of stock,weak abilities of capital competition and continuously self-developing,the irrational idudstry structure,the low intensivism,severe lossing of human resources and so on,prevent its developemt.Yancheng construction industry,however,has its own advantages,as strong constructing ability for sepcific items, rich labor resources and occupation of certain markets.With the aim of strengthening and enlarging Yanceng construction industry,this paper applies the SOWT pattern to analyze the present situation of the industry,proposes some strategical measures as well as some development modes and approaches.
