摘　　要：本文基于住宅单元套型设计的特征,阐述了数量优化及模糊优选的基本概念和相互关系,分析了住宅单元功能空间的组合方式,确定了普通住宅单元套型功能空间的参数,应用数量优化的数学模型得到了其平面设计的最优解,并通过住宅单元套型设计的技术要点对经典套型进行了模糊优选。Based on the special attributes of designing the residential unit dwelling size,this paper illustrates the concepts of quantitative optimization,fuzzy optimum selection and the interdependence between them;analyses the compound mode of the residential unit function spaces;defines the parameters of the common residential unit function spaces;applies mathematical model of quantitative optimization to get the optimal solution of its plane design and runs fuzzy optimum selection for the classical dwelling sizes through the technological standards of designing the residential unit dwelling size.
