摘　　要：在工程项目建设过程中,由于不同参与者的利益不一致,必然会引发冲突。选择利益关系密切的建设单位和施工单位可能出现的冲突为研究对象,用博弈论模型模拟工程项目的实施过程,对工程款支付过程中可能出现的冲突进行分析,提出解决冲突的思路和方法。During the construction of project items,there are many participators;the different participants will produce conflict because of the inconformity of benefits.The potential conflict between the project owner and the construction enterprise is selected,the game theoretical model is used to simulate the execution conditions of different project items,and potential occurring conflict is analyzed during paying project expense.The ideas and methods to solve conflict problems are presented.
